All ShopMCP tools: "No approval received" error after MCP update — fix in connector settings

## Problem
Any ShopMCP tool added in a recent update returns `No approval received` error when called in chat.

## Cause
New tools added to ShopMCP are not automatically approved — each one requires manual approval before Claude can use it.

## Solution
Go to **Settings → Connectors → ShopMCP** and manually set approval for any new tools. After approving, the tools work immediately in the same chat session without needing to reconnect.

All ShopMCP tools affected, including `shopify_list_collections`, `shopify_preflight`, and others added in recent updates.
